It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Moore of Norfolk, Nebraska, who passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moore and Erla Mary Moore (Hancock). He is survived by: his wife Joan Moore of Norfolk; his daughter Debbie Moore (Dan Stanger) of Omaha; his granddaughter Maya McKenzie Moore; and his siblings, Mary Osborne (Rich) of Norfolk, Stephen Moore of Colorado and Jeff Moore (Eddria) of Crawfordsville, Indiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Home For Funerals Chapel (708 Georgia Ave, Norfolk, NE 68701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
