She is survived by: her children, Vaughn Cook (Laurie) of Minden, Ricky Joe of North Bend, Mark Cook (Hester) of Ohio, Kim Sok (Paul) of Winside and Penny Gutshall of Arizona. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
