She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrel Hoffman and Mildred Hoffman (Anderson); and her husband Dale Martens. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Jenkins (Robert) of Norfolk, Cynthia Nitz (Ron) of Norfolk, Daniel Dale Martens (Bev) of Norfolk and Tom Martens (Patty) of Norfolk; and her siblings, Gertrude Cleveland of Lincoln, Maxine Brachle of Norfolk and Larry Hoffman of Columbus. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
