She was predeceased by: her parents, Arden Glenn and Isabel Irene Leach (Puetz); her siblings, Barbara Ohnesorge and David Leach; and her daughter-in-law Betty Maly.
She is survived by: her husband Garry D. Podliska; her sons, Dale Maly (Amy) of Onalaska, WI and Tim Maly of Norfolk; her stepchildren, Tania Podliska of Norfolk and Dana Podliska (Patti) of Norfolk; her grandchildren, Eric Wolverton, Brandon Maly, Morgan Rask and Amber Maly; her stepgrandchildren, Ross Podliska, Zachary Podliska and Sara Podliska; her great grandchildren, Maverick Morse, Evelyn Maly, Parker Rask, Oaklyn Rask, Bristol Rask, Quinn Maly and Jackson Maly; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Averi-Ann and OakLynn Podliska; and her brothers, Robert Leach (Carol) of Dubuque, IA and Michael Leach (Debbie) of Dubuque, IA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
