She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald E. "Ron" Svenson; her children, Edward, Barbara and Brigette Svenson; and her brothers, Erich and Gerhard.
She is survived by: her children, Sabine Schlottke Schaffert (Edlef) of Germany, Juddy Muessel (Steve) of Norfolk, Linda Hahn (Leon) of Grand Island, Marliese Bruggeman (Terry) of Sioux Falls, SD, Leif Svenson (Tammy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Malcolm Svenson of Lincoln, Thor Svenson (Jody) of Hoskins and Freija Gross (Keith) of Missouri; and her sisters, Ingrid and Hildegard. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
