He is survived by : his parents, Rick Eberhardt and Verna Eberhardt; his children, Dathen, Skye and Walker; the parent of his child Erin Schlake; his sisters, Traci Eberhardt Haynes (Milas), Crystal Eberhardt and Sadie Eberhardt; his nieces and nephews, Kurtis, Kolby, Kyler, Logan, Carson, Charity, Kassidy and Ayrianna (Shay Lee); his aunts and uncles, Rod, Randy Eberhardt, Dean, Blain Albus, Mike, Cari Kraft and Nancy Albus; and his great-aunt Ilene O'Dey. He is also survived by cousins and brothers.
