He is survived by: his sons, Will, Don and Jerry; his grandchildren, Nicole, Sarah, Betsy, Amanda, Ally, Kyle, Rodie and Chris; and his siblings, Richard Gustafson, Edna, Joann and Dottie. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
