He was predeceased by : his parents, Ezra Hart and Lottie Hart (Walton); his daughter Teresa Slahn; his parents-in-law, Harold and Betty Hill; his brothers, Bob Hart (Blondie), Milford Hart (Marlene), Kenneth Hart (Barb) and Merlyn Hart; his brother-in-law Fred "Demps" Lucht; his nephews, Mike Hart and David Hart; and his niece Lea Ann Thomas.
He is survived by : his grandchildren, John Wayne, Gunsmoke and Husker; his wife Sandra Hill; his children, Shelly Hanzlik (John) and Doug Hart; his grandchildren, Carlie Hanzlik, Bradley Hanzlik (Ashley), Samantha Claussen (Daniel), Makayla Slahn and Wyatt Hart; his great grandchildren, Caroline Hanzlik, Everett Hanzlik, Colton Hanzlik and Nora Claussen; his siblings, Donald Hart (Norma), Margaret Lucht and Meledene Nelson (Garry); and his sister-in-law Sharon Hart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
