He is survived by: his mother Janice Blumanthal (Shimp); his children, Michael Blumanthal, Amanda Smith (Clay), Alisa Whitlock (Ervin), Amy Shrewsbury (Ty) and Amber Blumanthal (Peter); his grandchildren, Cayden, Jakob, Elora Blumanthal, Destiny Smith, Trey Eitler (Kinzie), Auston, Eli Whitlock, Breann Baker, Cody (Kaitlyn), Terrin (Joslin), Riggin Shrewsbury (Keera), Celina and Jade Apodaca; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Thorin and Freya Eitler; his stepfather Paul Schweitzer; his brother Mark Blumanthal (Krista); his aunt Jeanine Curry; and his partner's children, Cheyenne and Dustin.
