He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Ruzicka and Bonnie Ruzicka (Hovenden). He is survived by: his brother Jay Ruzicka of Morse Bluff; his nieces, Taylor Ruzicka-Scheele (Kolin Scheele) of Fairbury and Cheyenne Ellinghausen (Brandon) of West Point, Nebraska; his great-nephews, Kreighton Scheele, Chance Ellinghausen and Remington Ruzicka-Ellinghausen; and his great-niece Zoie-Ann Ellinghausen.
