With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bob Lakey of North Platte, Nebraska, born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 61. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bob Lakey to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Don Lakey and Marion Lakey; and his brother Rodney. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Barnett; his children, Jason Lakey (Jeanne) of North Platte, Jessica Lakey of North Platte, Jamie James (Matt) of North Platte and Jennifer Bacon (Jeff) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Chandler, Raelynn, Lyndsay, Matthew Jr., Moriah, Riley, Isaiah, Brendan and Leyton; and his brother Mike Lakey (Justin Licking) of North Platte.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Eagles Club (620 N Chestnut St, North Platte, NE 69101).
