He is survived by: his children, Lisa Fresquez (Jesus), Desirae Coffman and Gary Koch (Luci); his grandchildren, Isaiah, Terrell, Calvin, Jamall, Lebron, Alex, Maylina, Rosalie, Ezekiel, Joclynn, Kaden, Dylan and Silas; and his siblings, Michael D. Koch, Susan Koch (DeAnn) and James E. Koch. He is also survived by numerous other family members, friends, and club brothers.

Memorials are suggested to the American Veterans Motorcycle Club.
