He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Anita Nisley, Otto and Virginia Weskamp; and his uncle Lynn Weskamp.
He is survived by: his son Allen James Nisley of North Platte, NE; his parents, James Nisley and Shirley Nisley of North Platte, NE; his sister Kelli Nisley of North Platte, NE; his nephews, Jonathan Arbogast and Logan Hanson; his niece Rosie O'Neill (Patrick); his aunts, Karen Long and Ellen Stahla; and his cousins, Nathan Jenkins (Stephanie), Meghan Sirochman (J. Michael) and Chistopher Long (Molly). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial are suggested to the Boy Scouts of America.
