He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Bell and Leta L. Bell; his former wife Donna J. Fairchild; his son Mike; his siblings, James A. Bell, Jr., Robert Bell (Doris), William Bell, Donald Bell (Karole), Gary Bell, Alice Williams (Robert) and Carol McAdams; and his stepson-in-law Ron Koester.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bell; his son Tom Bell (Lori) of North Platte; his grandchildren, Makayla Tetley (Trevor) and Michael Bell (Janessa); his great grandchildren, Maddux, Wrigley and Brooklyn; his siblings-in-law, Donna, Carol Bell and Jack McAdams; his stepdaughter Sharie Koester; his stepgranddaughters, Jennifer Gilliland and Rebecca Koester; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Daniel, O'Brian, Justin Gilliland, Dalton Milam and Gracelyn Watkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designation.
