Diane Lynn Johnson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diane Lynn Johnson in North Platte, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Chuck; and her brother Robert Epler. She is survived by: her children, Steve Johnson (Tracy) of Lincoln, Stacey Johnson (Tiffany) of North Platte and Tami Bongle of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.; her grandchildren, Trevor Johnson, Jordie McGinnis (Hunter), Cooper Johnson (Zita), Carter Johnson, Carsen Johnson, Maddie Holland (Taner), Taylor Bongle, Daniel Bongle, Maggie Cook, Alex Cook (Sophie), Charlie, Bentley, Banks, Mabel, Maryn, Odessa and Briella; her siblings, Linda Janachek of North Platte and Jeff Olsen of North Platte; and her sister-in-law Charlene Danczak of Cheyenne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carpenter Memorial Chapel (1616 W B St, North Platte, NE 69101). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
