She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Hopkins and Josephine Hopkins; and her husband Gene Smith. She is survived by : her children, Alan Smith (Joan) of Kingwood, TX, Carol Young (Jerry) of Columbia, MO, David Smith (Jan) of McCook, Ruth Uhrich (Kevin) of North Platte and Daniel Smith (Mary Ann) of Fulshear, TX. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Lincoln County Historical Museum.
