He was predeceased by: his parents, George McIntosh and Wilma Cady McIntosh; his siblings, Ron McIntosh, Daryl and Marlene; his stepdaughter Trina Vigil; and his stepgrandson Brett Torres.
He is survived by: his wife Janet of North Platte; his children, Doyle McIntosh (Laura) of Veneta, Michael McIntosh (Diana) of Sutherland, Rick McIntosh of North Platte, Derrick Furse (Jennifer) of Gothenburg, Tia Britten (Rich) of Brady and Rhonda of Sweetwater, Texas; and his stepchildren, Vicki Vigil of Colorado, David Vigil (Pam) of Lincoln and Brian Vigil (Jaci) of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
