He was predeceased by: his mothers, Lydia Fear (Culver) and Joy Edward; and his sister Ruby Molesworth (Al). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Applegate; his children, Bradlee Earl (Jackee) of Sutherland, NE, Gregg Edward (Monica) of Hershey, NE and Darsha Pelland (Erin) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Tyrel Fear (Chantell) of North Platte, NE, Brandon Fear (Paige) of Sutherland, NE, Britnee Hartwig (Josh) of Merrill, WI, Cody Fear (Shaylee) of Hershey, NE, Courtney Pelland-Sheppard (Jordan) of Omaha, NE, Ethan Pelland of Omaha, NE, Aspen Carpenter (Kelsey) of North Platte, NE and Hayley Fear (Michael) of Sutherland, NE; his great grandchildren, Mathias Hartwig and Raelynn Fear; his siblings, Ruth Quimby (Robert) of Sutherland, NE and Buster Fear (Patricia) of North Platte, NE; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Rowland (Sam) of Medway, OH.
He was a volunteer and member of North Platte RSVP, and a member of Hershey American Legion Post #0279.
