He is survived by : his wife Pam; his children, Julie Miller (Ben), Whitney Ryker (Jacob Harvey), Everly Harvey, Natalie, Tobye, Corey, Lexi, Felicity Miller, Tony (Katharine), Ava, Kendil Johnson, Jason Sommer (Gina) and Janie; his mother-in-law Donna Kittle; his sisters, Marcia Collins and Carol Dailey (Donald, family: Doug Kittle); his brother-in-law Russ Tobey (Rhonda); and his close friend Theora Freeman.
