She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Schiltz and Mary Schiltz (Kamphaus); her husband Leo; and her children, Jerry, Kenneth and Karen.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Schaefer (Joseph), Janet Lewis, Keith Neff and David Neff (Teresa); her grandchildren, Joey Schaefer (Pam) of Shelly Schaefer, P. D., Casey Neff (Shawn), Lea Marie Tackett, James Tackett, Angela Rogers (Jonathan), Sara Riley (Parker), Keila Reed (Christopher), Daniel Neff (Brandi), Eddie, Tim, Tina Neff and Donnee Weverka; her sisters, Kathleen Zerr (Dan) and Joann Schwartz; and her daughter-in-law Pat Neff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Volunteering was a way that she spent her extra time, with the RSVP club or with her church, St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
Prior to her passing, Eileen requested that memorials be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
