He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gadway and Floretta Gadway; his spouse Florice Jolliff; and his brothers, Robert and Wes.
He is survived by: his brothers, Stanley Gadway (Marilyn) and Maynard Gadway; his sister-in-law Linda Gadway; his nieces, Vicki Wirth (Gary) and Tracey Kracl (Gary); and his nephew Dean Gadway (Kristen). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews and several good friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (305 W 5th St, North Platte, NE 69101). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carpenter Memorial Chapel (1616 W B St, North Platte, NE 69101).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Gift of Hope Cancer Foundation or the First Evangelical Church in North Platte.
