He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Michael Loving (Rachell) of Gulfport, Mississippi, Stephanie Case (Jake) of Irrigon, Oregon, Andrew Grandel of North Platte, Nebraska and Laurie Ryun of Boardman, Oregon; his siblings, Mike Loving (Juley) of Deltona, Florida, Nicci Green (Mike) of Kansas City, Missouri, Robin Loving (Mary Beth) and Hazel Perez (Daniel); and also Victoria Loving of North Platte, Nebraska..
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Odean Colonial Chapel (302 S Sycamore St, North Platte, NE 69101).
