He is survived by: his wife Carol Olson; his sister Avie; his grandson Ryan; his sons, Tim of Overland Park and Rob (Tami) of Hershey; his grandchildren, Josh of Longmont, James of Denver, Elton of Overland Park and Lucia of Tucson, Arizona; his great grandchild Dallis; and the mother of his children Susana.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Carpenter Memorial Chapel in North Platte, Nebraska (1616 W B St, North Platte, NE 69101).
In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials are suggested to the Hershey United Methodist Church or the Hershey Fire Department.
