Howell (Kristi) of North Platte and Joshua Howell (Alicia) of North Platte; his nieces, Alison Howell and Nora Howell; and his grandparents, James G. Howell of Sandpoint, ID and Karen Todd (Charlie) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
