He was predeceased by: his parents, George Toman and Audra Toman; his wife Phyllis Robb; and his children, Bernie Toman and Cindy Al-Bwardi.
He is survived by: his stepchild Jerry; his stepgranddaughter Michelle; his children, Michelle Roethemeyer (Randy) of North Platte, Marlene Crosier of Mitchell and Kenneth Binegar (Suihua) of North Platte; his daughter-in-law Kim; his grandchildren, Iman, Faisal, Dema, Dalal, Christopher, Angela, Mandy and Valerie; and his great grandchildren, Razan and Decker.
