She was predeceased by : her parents, John Bohac and Verla Bohac (Sharp); her nephew John Willard Wright; and her siblings, Marilyn Minar, Ellen Wright, Miles Bohac and John Bohac.

She is survived by : her husband Bruce Petersen of North Platte; her children, Katie Bringewatt (Justin) of Kearney, Lindsey Lydic (Bob) of Brady and Nicholas Petersen (Ambur) of North Platte; her grandchildren, Josyah, Landon, Hannah, Brenden, Abby, Gunner, Braylee, Jake, Tenley and Lennon; her siblings, Eileen Rowley (Butch) of Kimball, Ed Bohac of Kimball and Tom Bohac of Oregon; and her sister-in-law Gennie Bohac of Virginia. She is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
