We announce the death of Kari Turner of North Platte, Nebraska, who passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 48. Kari will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Fleharty; her sister Lori Fleharty; and her mother-in-law Lori Turner. She is survived by: her mother Linda Fleharty; her husband Brad Turner; her children, Shyenne Grandberry (Devin), Zane Turner (Carlee) and Hailey Turner (Bladen); her nephews, Brandon Fleharty (Kathryn) and Cody Fleharty; her brothers, Devin Fleharty and Rob Fleharty; her siblings-in-law, Dan Turner (Jamie), Patti Turner (Greg) and Amy Allen (Josh); and her grandchildren, Heidi Derman, McCoy Turner, Colt Turner and Alexander Grandberry. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
A memorial service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (305 W 5th St, North Platte, NE 69101). The inurnment was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the North Platte Cemetery (605 Rodeo Rd, North Platte, NE 69101).
