She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Whitaker and Nancy Whitaker; her grandparents, James, Kathleen Whitaker, Loren and Maxine Morris; her great-aunt Ellen Christensen; her uncle Bill Whitaker; and her cousin Lindsey Whitaker.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Nichols (Jeff) of North Platte, Eric Nichols (Shannon) of North Platte and Kyle Nichols (Sarah M.) of North Platte; her grandchildren, Sadie Pettit (Justin) of Omaha, Sophia (Ezeqiel) of Denver, Jayden of Fremont, Treyton (Shontelle) of North Platte, Ben of North Platte, Ryder of North Platte, Penelope of North Platte, Gianna of North Platte and Tyler of North Platte; her brother David Whitaker (Abel) of New York City; her aunt Diane Kelly-Blunk; and her cousins, Mark, Jeff, Sean Whitaker of McCook and Kevin Whitaker of Gilbert, Arizona. She is also survived by family members and friends.
