With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Lee Golden of North Platte, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Eugene; and his siblings, Duane Golden, Nila Sutton and Cheryl Golden. He is survived by: his wife Pat of North Platte; his children, Gwen Golden and Bernie (Kellie) of North Platte; his grandchildren, Jessica Kettler (Ryan) of Albuquerque, NM, Sophia Klein (Jon), Mollie Golden (Josh Bedlan) of North Platte and Hadley Golden (Sadie) of Hastings; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Karmella, Margo Klein, Ava Bedlan, Griffin, Poppy Golden, Bryson and Madyson Kettler; and his siblings, Janelle Feeney (Mike) of Seneca, NE, Tommy Golden (Connie), Donna Golden of North Platte and Rex Golden (Luann) of Sidney, NE. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (1600 W E St, North Platte, NE 69101).
