It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Boyle (North Platte, Nebraska), who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda Kay Boyle to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Osborne-Funke (Bill) and Hazel Beatrice Osborne-Funke (Bokoskie); her grandparents, William, Verna Funk, Louis and Hazel Bokoskie; and her brothers, Jamie Osborne, Kerby Osborne, Terry Osborne and Teddy Funke.
She is survived by: her son Shawn Boyle (Billie Jo) of Brady, NE; her siblings, Rocky Osborne of Sheppard, MT and Sonya Brounda of Sutherland, NE; her grandchildren, Jessica, Josh Flint of Arnold, NE and Justin Schrad of Siver Creek, NE; and her great grandchildren, Paisley Connelly, Charlee Flint, Anna Schrad and Wajer Flint. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Odean Colonial Chapel (302 S Sycamore St, North Platte, NE 69101). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Riverview Cemetery (31350 W Sutherland Cemetery Rd, Sutherland, NE 69165).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Angel Flight.
