He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyprian Prokop and Antoinette Prokop (Horinek); and his great grandchild Huxley. He is survived by: his wife Sharlyn; and his children, Alicia Shelton, Linnea Radke (Marty), Jeremy Prokop (Dawn) and Joshua Prokop (Natalie). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three sisters; two brothers-in-law; along with many cherished nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
