She was predeceased by : her mother Marjorie Wells; her stepfather Vernon Wells; her father Carl Sorenson; and her daughter Laurie Deertz. She is survived by : her former life partner George Deertz, Jr.; her husband Lyle Stutterheim; her sons, Neil Deertz (Brenda) and Kevin Deertz of North Platte; her grandsons, David Deertz (Cassandra Hoang) and Ryan Deertz (Kelsey); and her great grandchild Hazel Deertz.
