He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Forden and Arleita Sherman Forden; his brother Byron Forden; and his nephews, Deone Forden and Hunter Fyfe.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Forden of Sutherland; his children, Annette Schultz (Ryan) of St. Francis, KS and Michael Forden (Kinsey) of North Platte; his grandchildren, Lane, Leyton Schultz, Keirra, Logan and Jaxon Forden; his siblings, Sherman Forden (Kristine) of Sutherland and Kris Forden (Linda) of North Platte; his parents-in-law, Bob and Nadine Thompson of Sutherland; and his sisters-in-law, Jacque Street (Dave) of Idaho, Laurie Faust (Bob) of North Platte and Connie Fyfe (Jeff) of Louisiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
