He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Johnson; his sons, Dan (Michelle) of Mesa, AZ, Ryan (Melanie) of Osteen, FL, Andrew (Eugenie) of North Platte, NE and Eric (Hannah) of Wakefield, KS; his grandchildren, Jackson, Parker and Abel; and his siblings, Duane (Audrey) and Sharon (Jolene). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
