He is survived by: his mother Gloria Lorentzen (Kallhoff) of North Platte; his siblings, Lynn McCammon (Jeff) of North Platte, Bev Cerny (Lonnie) of Lincoln and Randy Kaster (Kathy) of Omaha; his nieces and nephews, Dan Baker (Connie), Kristy Bryant (Nick), Danielle Cook (Matt), Courtney Kaster (Alex), Miranda Akins (Nicholas), Max Kaster and John Cerny; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan, Gracelynn, Taylor, Gavin, Gia, Parker, Brooks, Vienna and Violet.
