He is survived by: his wife Debra Smith; his daughters, Nichole Weitzel (Terry Houchin) and Jennifer Zachry (John); his grandchildren, Kylee Weizorek of North Platte, Andrew Weitzel of North Platte, Sam Wiezorek of North Platte, Dylan Wiezorek (Raelynn Carl) of North Platte and Austin Zachry of North Platte; his great grandchild Kora Wiezorek; his brothers, Hal Weitzel (Donna) of North Platte and Rick Weitzel of Port Charlotte, FL.; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Fairbanks (Bill) of Cheyenne, WY, Maxine Hooker of Phoenix, AZ, Darlene Larsen Smith of Golden, CO and Raymond Smith (Judy) of Phoenix, AZ..
