He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Noonan and Janet Noonan (Schiller); his siblings, Judith Noonan, Suzanne Noonan and John Noonan; his brother-in-law Ed Lynch; and his nephew Will Noonan.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Noonan of North Platte; his stepdaughter Debbie Echo of Washington; and his siblings, Mark Noonan (Denise) of Omaha, Ann Lynch of Wahoo and Joe Noonan of Lincoln. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adams & Swanson Funeral Home (421 W 4th St, North Platte, NE 69101). A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (415 N Chestnut St, North Platte, NE 69101). A burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the family and they will distribute to Scott's favorite charities.
