She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonnie Marie (Post) and Lester Clifford "Cliff" Hougan; her husband Ed; her brother Terry Hougan; and her son-in-law Presley Wayne "Wayne" Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Edward Mutchie of Wray, CO and Linda K. Mutchie Ramsey of Ocala, FL; and her brothers, Dick L. Hougan (Cynthia) of Yuma, Russel G. Hougan (Cathy) of North Platte, NE and Larry Hougan of Wray, CO. She is also survived by several cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews/nieces, and friends.
