She is survived by: her children, Vanessa Kennedy (Patrick) of Iowa, Michael Hornbacher (Sherry) of Cheyenne and Craig Hornbacher of Iowa; and her brothers, Dennis Bitterman (Donna) of Missouri, Kevin Bitterman (Shemal) of Missouri and Shane Bitterman of Kearney, Nebraska. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Wanda loved trees, and memorials are suggested to a fund established for the planting of a memorial tree in a North Platte park in her memory.
