She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Nelson and Ruth Nelson (Thornblad); and her husband Del. She is survived by: her children, Dee Peterson of Oakland, Brent Peterson (Sue Waldo) of Oakland, Curt Peterson (Cheryl Kort) of Fremont, NE and Steve Peterson (Paige Benedict) of Valley, NE; her grandchildren, Clint (Brooke), Bryson (Erin), Ashley (Jody), Brandon (Karlee), Nathan (Chanler), Caleb, Brie (Trey), Garrett, Cameron (Kristen) and Avery; and her sister Joyce Nelson. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
