Sara Cowley wrote a sympathy message

“Dear family of Kim, I only met Kim once when my sister, my daughter and I came to visit our Aunt Perky. We stayed at Maxwell’s on the Corner. Kim was always so kind in her communications and then we did get to meet her during our stay. Our family extends our deepest sympathies to your family on your loss.”
