He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mason of Odell, NE; his brothers, Arlin Koch (Marlys) of Wymore, NE and Gary Koch (Teresa) of Odell, NE; and his siblings' children, Tim Koch of Daykin, NE, Troy Koch (Mindy) of Odell, NE, TeriAnn Zimmerman (Austin) of Wymore, NE, Alex Koch (Makayla) of Odell, NE and Jenna (Andrew).
A memorial fund is established to Cancer Research at the University of Nebraska Medical Center or the American Diabetes Association.
