He was predeceased by : his siblings, Calvin Cady (Cheryl) and Glenda Foster. He is survived by : his wife Joan Cady of Odessa; his sons, Richard Cady of Kearney and James Cady of Phoenix, AZ; his brothers, Larry Cady of Odessa and Bob Cady (Sam) of Grand Junction, CO; his brother-in-law Rusty Foster of Snowflake, AZ; and his grandchildren, Abigail Cady of Phoenix, AZ, Christian Cady of Lincoln and Ryder Cady of Superior. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
