She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Welsh and Bertha Welsh; her husband Milton "Mick" Stafford; and her siblings, Richard Welsh, Ruby Burkland and Lillian Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Stafford (Lee Groom), Neal Stafford, Wilson Stafford (Diane), Janice Reynolds (John) and Sandra Stroehmann (Randall Byrd); her brothers, Norman Welsh (Bonnie) and Clifford Welsh (Pat); and her grandchildren, Chris, Matt, Ted, Ben, Lauren, Jason, Dave and Savannah. She is also survived by her seventeen great grandchildren.
