It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Henry Koester of Ogallala, Nebraska, born in Sidney, Nebraska, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Koester and Rose Koester (Salber); and his grandson Drake. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie J. Rice of Ogallala; his children, Cindy Koester Fremont and Greg Koester (Josie) of Gibbon; and his siblings, Charles, Ed and Geraldine. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established in Bob's memory for later designation.
