She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Wesley Anderson; her stepfather Duane Ruppert; and her parents-in-law, Gary and Barbara Cobaugh Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Jane Anderson (Hasselquist) of Ogallala; her husband Gary "Jamie" Cobaugh Jr. of Ogallala; her children, Ethan Cobaugh of Kearney and Amaris Cobaugh of Ogallala; her siblings, Stephanie Lemonds (Jason) of Tabor, Elizabeth Anderson (Travis) of Ogallala and Mark Anderson (Becky) of Arvada, Colorado; and her sister-in-law Julie Cobaugh of Ogallala. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A memorial has been established in Robin's memory for later designation by her family.
