Brouillard (Kleffner); his children, Edward (Brenda), Richard (Marcy) and Teresa Marco; his siblings, Rita Rivard (Ronald), Paul Brouillard (Peggy) and Leo Brouillard (Peggy); his grandchildren, Angie Scobee, Candace McMillion, Maxwell Brouillard, Danielle Hutchison, Devin Brouillard, Misty Afrank, Wendy Afrank, Keith Marco, Frank Marco and Trever Marco; his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Gehrke and Andrew Mortensen; his daughters, Dianna Brennan and Rose Afrank; and his brother Joseph Roger Brouillard. He was also cherished by 18 great-grandchildren.
