It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Edgar Cooper of Omaha, Nebraska, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dean Cooper and Nina Cooper (Wiegand); his children, Brian (Ann) of Dubuque, Iowa, Mark (Janet) of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Kevin (Lora) of Omaha and Nancy Ovenden (Shawn) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Kate Cooper (Will Hoyer), Andrew Cooper (Josie), Ellen Broich (Adam), Gregory Cooper (Kristin), Matthew Cooper, Jessica Fischer (Tom), Emily Witt (Jimmy), David Cooper (Alycia), Erin Cooper, Stephen Cooper, Adam Ovenden and Eric Ovenden; his sister Karen Christiansen (Axel) of Simi Valley, Calif.; his stepgrandchildren, Jon Robbins and Crystal Wyman (Doug); his nephew Al's; and his friend Beverly Moyer of Glenview, Ill.. He was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces.
