It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred R Metzler (Omaha, Nebraska), who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Geri; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his children, Gerri Kazmierczak and Jeff Metzler (Linda); his daughter-in-law Cheri Metzler; his siblings, Frank, Richard, Joan Burk and Jean Guy; and his grandchildren, Amy, Drew, Brett and Lauren. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
