He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Rolfs and Lilly Rolfs (Koch); his wife Bonnie Rolfs (Smith); his siblings, Delmar Rolfs (Marcia) and Patricia O'Brien (Bill); and his grandsons, Allan and LeRoy Moats.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Allan Rolfs (Bob) and Diane Lee Moats (Rex); and his grandchildren, Gary Gerrish (Samantha), Bernard Rolfs (Monica), Ariel Moats (Gared Hassel), Jonathan Moats, Madeline Moats and Jasmine Moats. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family for later designation.
